We provide maintenance service and spare parts suppliance for both of Woodward governors and Schaller oil mist dedectors, under the guarantee of the manufacturer companies.

In addition to “Woodward” Governor and “Schaller” Oil Mist Dedector representation, Tamay Shipping & Engineering operates in every kind of repairment and spare parts suppliance for diesel engines at marine industry, machinery industry and power plant.

Tamay technician shares woodward-certified and proficient in overhauling woodward mechanical and/or electro-mechanical governors and actuators.

We are also equipped for overhauling and testing governors on board ship (field service).

Following SOLAS rules, engines of size 2250 kW and above and/or min. 300mm cylinder bore are obliged to be equipped with safety measures to avoid a crankcase explosion caused by igniting oil mist e.g. produced by failing bearings.
